The inaugural customer in India has taken delivery of the Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 adventure motorcycle, marking a significant milestone. Carbon Racing Inc recently shared images on their Instagram page, capturing the momentous occasion at the Royal Enfield dealership in Tumkur, Karnataka. The showcased motorcycle, adorned in the distinctive Hanle Black hue, holds the distinction of being the highest-priced color variant in the range, commanding a price tag of Rs 2.84 lakh.
Royal Enfield Himalayan 452 launched
The latest addition to Royal Enfield’s portfolio in India is the Himalayan 452, characterized as the most robust motorcycle in the Chennai-based manufacturer’s lineup. Noteworthy enhancements include an entirely new, lighter, and more robust steel twin-spar tubular frame. The design features a revamped front and rear fenders, with a notable expansion in the fuel tank capacity. The fuel tank now accommodates 17 liters, a notable increase from the 15 liters found in its predecessor, the Himalayan 411.
Suspension & Engine
In the realm of mechanical attributes, the recently introduced Himalayan 452 is endowed with an inverted fork suspension system at the front, complemented by a monoshock suspension at the rear. Bolstering its off-road prowess, the front wheel exhibits an impressive total travel distance of 200 mm. Simultaneously, the rear wheel mirrors this capability with an equivalent 200 mm travel, marking an advancement from the 180 mm travel observed in its predecessor, the Himalayan 411.
